Quality Objectives & Planning to achieve them
Quality objectives including those needed to meet requirements for product are established at relevant function and levels within the organization (ref Process Maps). These are measurable and consistent with quality policy. These objectives considered the current and future needs of the organization.

Quality Objectives:
1. Decrease alteration percentage below 5%.
2. Reducing wastage less than 01%.
3. To train the operators and educate them about the slandered of quality and to inspire them for reducing defects by their self-inspection the process.
4. To bring down machine repair time to its minimum and preventive maintenance to be regularly done for smooth functioning.
5. To maintain product safety as well as work place safety.
6. To meet the requirements of customer regarding Quality Assurance.
7. Timely Delivery with higher delight quality.
The objectives are defined and quantified at relevant functional areas and Systematically reviewed and revised as necessary.
